Full time / 6 Month Contract
Working within the sales team, of a successful, growing and award winning house builder, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a number of sales offices and flagship show homes
- Being the first point of contact for many new ‘walk-in’ enquirers
- Manage the enquiry process from providing relevant brochures and useful information to confirming viewing appointments for our selling agents
- Input and manage data in shared Sales CRM system
- You will be responsible for onsite Sales Administration
- You will ensure show homes are well presented and maintained to a high standard
Suitable candidates will have the following attributes:
- Suitable applicants will have working knowledge of property sales environments, preferably new homes
- Previous Sales administration or Customer Service experience
- You must be a confident communicator, both verbal and written, and presentable
- Must be IT literate
- Must hold a driving licence and use of your own transport.
The standard working hours are Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.
