With high standards, passion and expertise, Legacy Properties create beautiful, modern living spaces in the UK’s most sought after locations. The Legacy team has spent over ten years developing high-end projects in London, working with some of the country’s finest architects. More recently, Legacy has set its sights on Cornwall, developing exquisite properties in stunning coastal locations.
We’ve successfully managed projects ranging from Grade II listed renovations to building new luxury coastal properties, all of them in-keeping with the local area and using local materials. The result is a portfolio of inspiring properties with stunning views and true character. Our level of internal specification, attention to detail, design and craftsmanship is second to none.
To ensure that an unrivalled level of quality is maintained across all of our projects we prefer not to instruct a main contractor; instead we have an in-house construction team assigned to each build.
Before we even put pen to paper or lay the first brick, we apply our dedication and wealth of construction experience to getting the job right. We call it our ‘brick by brick’ approach. It’s our way of maintaining rigorous standards of quality on every construction project. From initial planning to eventual handover, our dedicated site manager and their specially selected construction team is on hand to oversee and execute each project.
We are meticulous in the detail of our homes, which is why Legacy has adopted an in-house interior design practice to ensure our rigorous standards are maintained. The interior design team has been responsible for creating some of the most luxurious properties in the UK. As well as gorgeous design, they can also provide a furniture sourcing service, so when you come to fitting out your new home, you can be assured of the finest quality furnishings.
We understand that buying a new home can be stressful, which is why we try and make the experience as smooth as possible. Our Customer Care Team is on hand to assist in the process, making sure everything is ready for you to move straight in. We provide a full homeowner pack, along with an in-depth handover of the property – all you need for a stress-free move. We also provide an after care service and are on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have about your new home while you are settling in.
